Peshawar Development Authority Tender: Construction of Podium & Allied Works, Hayatabad Mini Sports Complex Phase-III

Issuer: Peshawar Development Authority (PDA), Deputy Director Buildings (M), PDA Hayatabad Peshawar. Procurement method: KP-PPRA Single Stage Two-Envelope System via e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

Scope: Construction of podium and allied works at the Mini Sports Complex, Phase-III, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Eligible contractors must be registered on EPADS and hold valid registrations/clearances as indicated below.

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

• Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids through EPADS (https://www.eprocure.gov.pk).
• Mandatory registrations/clearances: PEC registration for 2025-2026, PDA/Provincial enlistment (KP), KPRA (active), FBR/NTN (active) and any other documents specified on EPADS.
• Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS before the stated deadline. Financial bids of technically non-responsive bidders will be returned/unopened.
• Tender fee and bid security: Tender document fee PKR 5,000; earnest money 2% of estimated cost. Bid security should be furnished as specified (call deposit/receipt) in favor of Director General, PDA as required by the bidding documents.
• Procurement committee will open technical bids as per the stated date/time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
• All other terms and conditions, qualification criteria and document checklists are available in the bid solicitation documents on EPADS and the PDA office. PDA reserves the right to accept/reject bids as per prevailing rules.
