Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites sealed bids for the rental of office space at its newly established Head Office, Plot #23, Sector E-8, Phase 7, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Two floors (4th and 5th) are available for rent. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax).

- Quoted price must include all applicable taxes; bids below the base price (inclusive of taxes) will not be considered.
- Highest qualified bidder will be awarded the rental agreement. If the highest bidder fails to execute the contract, the next highest qualified bidder will be considered as per KPPRA rules.
- Late bids due to courier/postal delays will not be entertained.
- KPEZDMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with prevailing KPPRA rules.
