Public Notice — Unauthorized Use of the 'SAIF' / 'SAIF GROUP' Trademarks

Issuer: Saif Group. This notice confirms that Saif Group is the sole legal and equitable proprietor of the trademarks "SAIF" and "SAIF GROUP", duly registered with the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan. Saif Group is a diversified business group active in textiles, power generation, healthcare, real estate, construction and related industries.

Purpose: Certain third parties have adopted and are using marks identical or deceptively similar to "SAIF" / "SAIF GROUP" without authorization. Such use is prohibited. The public, trade partners, regulatory authorities, dealers, customers and e-commerce platforms are advised to exercise caution and verify authorization before dealing with any person or business using the SAIF mark.

Legal action and relief: Saif Group has initiated legal proceedings for trademark infringement, passing off, unfair competition and damages and has taken appropriate steps in the courts and tribunals to restrain unauthorized users from using the SAIF mark. Saif Group reserves all rights and remedies available at law, including interim injunctions, damages, delivery up, and criminal and civil proceedings.
