Public Notice: Unauthorized Use of 'SAIF' / 'SAIF GROUP' Trademark — Legal Action and Warning

Issuer: Saif Group. This public notice declares SAIF and SAIF GROUP as the registered trade name/trademark and sole legal and equitable property of Saif Group, duly registered with the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan. Third parties are prohibited from using the mark 'SAIF' and/or 'SAIF GROUP' in relation to the relevant industries.

Constituent companies forming part of Saif Group include (selected entities as listed):

Unauthorized use: The notice identifies that certain individuals/parties have adopted 'SAIF'/'SAIF GROUP' in relation to the real estate and construction industry, creating confusion and deception among consumers and trade channels.

Legal proceedings: A suit for infringement, passing off, unfair competition and damages has been filed against the infringing parties (referenced as Suit No. 181/2026). The Intellectual Property Tribunal, Rawalpindi has granted a restraining order preventing the named infringers from using the SAIF mark. The Lahore High Court (Rawalpindi Bench) has also passed an appropriate order protecting the client’s goodwill and reputation.

Warning to public and trade: Customers, dealers, e-commerce platforms, regulatory and trade authorities are advised to be cautious when dealing with services or properties offered under any unauthorized SAIF/SAIF GROUP name or mark, since such offerings have no nexus or association with Saif Group. Saif Group reserves all civil and criminal remedies available under the law, including injunctions, damages, rendition of accounts and delivery-up of infringing materials.
