Issuer: Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, Zero Point, B.F. Building, Islamabad. PID invites sealed tenders from authorized and eligible firms/contractors on Active Taxpayer List (ATL) or registered with relevant authorities for supply of office stationery/miscellaneous items and provision of repair, renovation and maintenance services on a need basis for Financial Year 2026-2027.

Eligibility & Submission Highlights:
- Firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and registered with FBR for both Income Tax and Sales Tax as applicable.
- Firms must be registered on the PPRA e-PADS portal. Tender documents are available at www.pid.gov.pk and on the e-PADS portal.
- Bidders must submit proposals through the e-PADS portal only; proposals must be duly signed and stamped.
- A Security Deposit equal to 5% of the quoted price in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, PID, Islamabad must be uploaded with the bid.
- Hard copy submissions will not be accepted or entertained.
Key Terms & Conditions (summary):
- Firms must be registered with NTN & GST and appear on the ATL; AGPR vendor number required where applicable.
- Samples of stationery items must be provided where requested; non-submission may lead to disqualification.
- Rates must be quoted on the provided list, excluding GST.
- Supplies should be delivered within 05 days of the work order; renovation/repair jobs must be completed within 15 days unless otherwise specified.
- Sales tax invoices or bills of entry (where applicable) must be submitted.
- Incomplete or late submissions will not be entertained; failure to complete work within prescribed time may lead to forfeiture of earnest money.
- PID reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
