How to apply and key conditions:
- Submit sealed tenders to the Medical Superintendent, 30-Bedded Hospital Muhammad Abad, Danyore, Gilgit on or before the date/time indicated. Bids will be opened in presence of firms' authorized representatives.
- Call deposit must be submitted as Bank Draft/CDR in favor of DDO, 30-Bedded Hospital Muhammad Abad Danyore. No bid will be accepted without call deposit.
- Tender documents and evaluation will follow GB PPRA rules (2023). Rates quoted must be computerized; handwritten rates will be rejected. Prevailing market rates will govern items not covered by the prescribed form; unjustified above/below market rates are not acceptable.
- Only registered firms/dealers/suppliers/contractors will be entertained. Bidding documents must include: Firm Registration Certificate, Form C, CNIC, Vendor No., tender fee receipt/transaction record of the owner.
- Bidders must provide an affidavit stating they are not defaulting/debited to any Government or Private institution. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without reason.
