Issuer: Ministry of Energy (Power Division), A-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms for repair and maintenance works for the Financial Year 2026-27 under Public Procurement Rules (Rules 15 & 16 read with Rule 42(a) & (b), 2004).

Documents: Pre-qualification documents may be downloaded from the Power Division website (www.power.gov.pk) and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) or collected from the office of the undersigned.
Submission & Opening: Applications must be submitted by 11:00 hours on 2026-08-15. Applications will be opened in the presence of applicants' representatives at 12:00 hours on the same day.
Note: During the agreement period only prequalified firms will be issued Request for Quotation notices for repair/maintenance of official vehicles, machinery & equipment, building, furniture & fixtures and computer & equipment as required by the office.
