Key instructions and conditions:
- Bidding documents must be supported with bid security in the form of a Call Deposit only, payable in the name of Executive Engineer Begari Sindh Feeder Division Kashmore as per schedule.
- Bids will be issued up to 2026-08-03 during office working hours. Completed bids must be submitted by 2026-08-03 at 12:30 PM and will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM in the presence of contractors/agencies or their authorized representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer Begari Sindh Feeder Division, Kashmore.
- Publication of NIT/quotation may also be on the e-portal; downloading of bidding documents is permitted via the official portal where applicable.
- Bidding document fee is non-refundable; bids without the required bid security will not be entertained.
- Quoted rates must remain valid and effective up to 2027-06-30 for annual procurement of materials/goods.
- Conditional bids will not be accepted. Successful suppliers/contractors will be bound to supply materials for O&M / M&R works as required during FY 2026-27.
- Bidders must be registered with relevant provincial and federal tax authorities (FBR & SRB) and submit qualifying documents along with CNIC and an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations under the provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended-2019).
- In case of un-responded bids/quotations, an alternative receipt schedule is listed: receipt on 2026-08-18 at 01:00 PM and opening at 01:30 PM (if applicable).
