Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities Multan invites applications for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The role requires a dynamic leader with strong knowledge of food-related industrial operations to lead value-addition, pulp extraction/grading facilities and minimize post-harvest losses.

| Key Responsibilities | Implement company vision and strategy; develop short- and long-term operational and financial plans; oversee risk management, budgets and company finances; ensure compliance with laws and regulations; manage human resources practices and payroll; supervise quality control across company; represent the company at industry events; develop rules, procedures and policies; day-to-day management and corporate governance. |
| Minimum Qualifications | Master’s degree in Food Sciences (Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering) / Bio-Chemistry OR Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration (MBA) will have an advantage. |
| Experience | At least 15 years’ demonstrated experience including a minimum of 10 years at an executive or senior management level in similar organizations with commercial attributes. Experience/fit must meet Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age for CEO at time of appointment: 60 years |
