Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities Multan invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). AFP is a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 to provide pulp extraction/grading facilities and value addition services to growers.

| Qualifications | Master's degree in Food Sciences (Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering) / Biochemistry or MBA or closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration will be preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years at executive/senior management level in similar organizations; experience and fit will be assessed per Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015. |

Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, implementation of the company's vision and policies, financial oversight and budgeting in coordination with the CFO, HR leadership, quality control across the company, regulatory compliance, representation at industry events, development of operational rules and procedures, and day-to-day management of company affairs.
