Agro Food Processing (AFP) Facilities Multan seeks an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its food-related industrial operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure efficient management of pulp extraction/grading and post-harvest facilities.

| Key responsibilities | Implement company vision and strategy; develop and implement short- and long-term operational policies; assess and monitor risks; prepare budgets and financial oversight; lead HR, payroll and benefits practices; ensure legal and regulatory compliance; represent the company at industry functions; optimize utilization of processing/grading machinery; develop rules, procedures and policies; day-to-day management and administration. |
| Essential qualifications | Master's degree in a discipline of Food Sciences (Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Food Engineering) / Bio-Chemistry OR Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from an HEC recognized university. Candidates with qualifications in both Food Sciences and Business Administration will have an advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years' demonstrated experience including at least 10 years at executive or senior management level in similar organizations (experience in public sector companies or related industries preferred). |
| Age limit | Maximum age for CEO at time of appointment: 60 years |
