Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Headquarters, Islamabad.
Purpose: Disposal of various scrap materials and damaged electrical equipment through online E-Bids on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. Bids will be received and opened as noted below. Interested bidders must apply through the E-PADS (E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal Systems) Portal v2.0.
Submission & Opening: E-Bids will be received up to 24.07.2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bids are to be submitted online via the E-PADS portal.
Inspection / Store Location: IESCO Regional Store, Wah. Bidders may inspect material at the store during office hours until 23.07.2026.

Key Terms & Conditions (highlights):
- Only online E-Bids through E-PADS v2.0 are acceptable. Register and submit on the portal; mandatory information must be completed per the bidding documents.
- Bid security / earnest money must be submitted in original in the shape of CDR / Bank Guarantee against each lot as specified and valid for 120 days.
- Bids are on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. Successful bidder will be liable to lift the material within the specified period after issuance of LoA and deposit all dues within the stipulated time.
- Bidder must be an active taxpayer with valid FBR registration and comply with GST/Income Tax adjustments as applicable (advance 18% GST where applicable and 10% Income Tax or as levied by Government).
- Undertaking on judicial stamp paper and other declarations as per PPR and E-PADS requirements must be submitted; bidders may be required to submit additional documents as per the bidding documents.
- The Disposal Committee IESCO will open and evaluate bids; results communicated via IESCO/PPRA websites.
