IST Tender: Supply of 15 kW UPS Hybrid Inverters & 16 kW Lithium Batteries – Submission by 2026-07-27

Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (IST), Islamabad. Procurement Ref: IST/PROC/26-27/01. IT Ref No: RFQ-2526-00259-L. IST invites sealed bids from original manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers / contractors, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, for supply of the following items.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, and performance guarantee are available from the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad and can be downloaded from the IST website.

Submission instructions: Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and must reach the Procurement Department at Institute of Space Technology, Near Rawat Toll Plaza, Main Islamabad Highway, Islamabad on or before 11:30 AM on the above-mentioned closing date. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
