PITB Invitation to Bid — Procurement of E-Commerce Marketplace Technology & Operations

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites bids for the procurement of E-Commerce Marketplace Technology and Operations under Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Tender documents and detailed terms are available for download free of charge from the PITB website (www.pitb.gov.pk) and the PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement portals (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Technical and financial bids must be submitted as separate, signed, stamped, and in complete conformity with the Tender Document. Original signed documents must be submitted where required.

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-Portal) at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and must upload their bids on the e-Portal before the submission deadline. Submission on the e-Portal shall be the responsibility of the bidder; late uploads will not be accepted.

- Tender document submission/upload deadline: 2016-08-03 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours.

- Bid security (amount shown above) must be furnished as specified in the tender document. Income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany the bids.
