PESCO / World Bank Early Market Engagement for Procurement of 20,723 Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) – EDEIP

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) – Project Management Unit (PMU) for the World Bank financed Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP).

Purpose: Early Market Engagement (EME) to inform and consult suppliers prior to formal procurement for the supply of 20,723 Standard Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) with allied materials and related installation services for PESCO distribution circles.

Key procurement facts:

Scope: Supply of APMS units (ordering codes cited in the notice), allied materials (cables, connectors, lugs, earthing works and related items) and installation services across PESCO circles.

Procurement method: Procurement will be conducted on an International Competitive Bidding (ICB) basis following the Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers.
