PITB Invitation to Bid for Food & Catering Services (Framework Contract NPD-02)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). PITB invites bids for procurement of Food & Catering Services for PITB various projects under Framework Contract (NPD-02).

Key requirements and submission instructions:

- Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

- Tender documents are available free for download at pitb.gov.pk and ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Technical and Financial separate bids, duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with the Tender Document must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

- Submission deadline: by 11:00 hours on 2026-08-10. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.

- Bidders are advised to upload bids on the eP Portal well before the deadline; bid submission on ePortal shall entirely be the responsibility of the bidder. Late submissions will not be entertained.

- Incomplete, unaccompanied by required signatures/stamps, or submitted by other than specified method will be rejected.
