CDA Capital Hospital Tender: Repair of Surgical Instruments, Washer & Autoclave Relocation (Closing 2026-08-03)

Capital Development Authority (Capital Hospital), Islamabad invites sealed bids on Single Stage – One Envelope procedure for the repair of surgical instruments, supply/installation of washer, and relocation/installation of autoclave and onsite steam generator in Laundry and CSSD at Capital Hospital. Bidders (distributors, agents, importers and suppliers) with established credentials and financial/technical capacity may apply as per PPRA rules.

Bidding documents, detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on ePADS 2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and will be opened publicly in the Conference Room, Block 6, Capital Hospital, CDA, Islamabad as per the scheduled date/time. The procuring agency reserves the right to treat the day of opening as a public holiday if declared and to adjust timelines accordingly.

Eligibility & submission notes:

- Bidders must be registered suppliers with verifiable technical, financial and managerial capabilities and must comply with Procurement Section, Capital Hospital rules under PPRA 2004.
- Financial bid must include a USB stick containing an Excel sheet of all quoted items with unit rates (in rupees and figures).
