Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites E-Bids for disposal of various scrap materials and damaged equipment on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS v2.0 portal. Submission deadline is 24 July 2026; opening at 11:00 AM on the same day.

Key submission & opening details
E-Bids via E-PADS v2.0 will be received up to 24-07-2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on 24-07-2026. Store owing / inspection location: IESCO Regional Store Wah. Bids will be opened and evaluated by the Disposal Committee, IESCO; results will be communicated via IESCO/PPRA websites.
Important terms & conditions (summary)
- Only bids submitted through the E-PADS (E-Paks Acquisition & Disposal Systems) Portal v2.0 online are acceptable. Portal: http://vendor.epads.gov.pk/login
- Bidders must upload all mandatory information on the portal and submit original bid security (CDR / Bank Guarantee) in favour of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad before bid closing time.
- Bids are invited on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. Bidders may inspect the material at IESCO Regional Store Wah during office hours up to 23-07-2026.
- Bid validity: 120 days from date of e-bid opening. Successful bidder to lift material within 21 working days from issuance of LOA / Release Order.
- Registration with FBR as an active taxpayer is mandatory for participation. Advance taxes: 18% GST (where applicable) and 10% income tax or any other government levies are applicable on accepted offers.
- Bidders must submit required signed undertakings (including Annexure-A) on judicial stamp paper and the sealed bid security before bid closing.
