IST Invitation to Bid – UPS Hybrid Inverter 15 kW & Lithium Battery 16 kW (RFQ-2526-00259-L)

Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (IST), Procurement Department. Invitation to bid for supply of power equipment under RFQ-2526-00259-L. Eligible bidders: original manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers / contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, and performance guarantee are available from the Procurement Department, Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad and can also be downloaded from IST website (www.ist.edu.pk).

Submission instructions: Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and must reach the Procurement Office at Institute of Space Technology, Near CDA Toll Plaza, Main Islamabad Highway, Islamabad on or before the stated closing date by 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.
