Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) invites e-bids for hiring janitorial, security and technical staff for Tower-C at Old P&D Building site, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore and Rawal Lake Lodges, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ePADS) as separate contracts per lot.

E-bid opening date & time: 2026-07-27 at 01:00 PM at Room No.1, Press Law Building, Ground Floor, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.

Instructions & conditions

All e-bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security. Original hard copy of the Bid Security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bid Document Number and Title before the conclusion of the bid opening session to the Procurement Office, Room No.1, Press Law Building, Ground Floor, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore.
