Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites sealed bids from interested parties (individuals, sole proprietors, firms, AOPs, companies, joint ventures) holding NTN (active filers) for the auction of parking facilities at city parks for a period of two (02) years (non-extendable).
Key instructions: auction on single-envelope basis; all applicable taxes (PRA, withholding, advance, income tax) will be deducted as per rules; bidders must submit original documents and pay the prescribed non-refundable document fee in order to obtain bidding documents; bid security (as stated per lot) must be submitted in the form of pay order / CDR in the name of Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jillani Park, Lahore. Bids must be submitted to the Office of Director Coordination, Horticulture Agency, Jail Road, Jillani Park, Lahore by the stated deadline. The Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
How to obtain documents: Bidding documents are available from the Office of Director Coordination, Horticulture Agency, on payment of Rs.10,000 (non-refundable) during office hours. Bid security and submission requirements must be met as specified in the tender documents.
