Auction: Lease of Amusement Rides & Services — Horticulture Agency Lahore (30 Jul 2026)

Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites sealed bids to lease amusement concessions at various parks (Greater Iqbal Park, Jilani Park, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park) for a period of three (03) years. Concessions include boating (paddle and motor boats), golf carts, buggy service, jumping castles and photography rights; bidders must have relevant experience and valid NTN (active filers). A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000 is required for each entity.

Submit tenders by 12:00 PM on 30/07/2026 to the Office of Director Coordination, HAL. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 PM on 30/07/2026 at the office of the Additional Managing Director, HAL.
