STI Tender No.01/2026-27 — Supply of Stationery, Toners, Electrical & IT Items (Single Stage Two-Envelope)

Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Establishment Division — Secretariat Training Institute (STI). Dated: 08 July 2026.

Purpose: Invitation to bid for the supply of stationery, papers, toners for computer printers/photocopiers/fax machines, miscellaneous items, electric items and IT equipment for STI for the financial year 2026-27 under Rule 36(b) (single stage-two envelope) of the PPRA Rules 2004.

Bidding documents: Detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria, performance guarantee and other instructions are available from the office of the Deputy Director (GS), Secretariat Training Institute, Plot No.7, Sector H-9, Islamabad. Documents may be obtained on any working day during office hours at a price of Rs. 10,000.

Submission method: Bids must be submitted through e-PADs and a hard copy of the bidding documents accompanied by prescribed bid security and prepared in accordance with the bidding instructions.

Deadline & opening: Bids must reach the Secretariat Training Institute, Plot No.7, Sector H-9, Islamabad exactly after 15 days of the publication/printing date of the tender in national daily(ies) or on 27 July if that date meets or falls after the 15 publication days. Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Rights: STI reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as provided under Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.
