Tender: Purchase of Cabinets & Crates — National Electronics Complex, Islamabad

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from registered manufacturers/suppliers for the supply of cabinets and crates for FY 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments.

How to obtain bidding documents: A complete set of bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions and specifications, can be purchased from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written request on the firm’s letterhead and payment of the non-refundable tender fee. Tender fee payment and document collection are available on working days between 10:00 and 16:00 hours. The bidding document is also available at www.ppra.org.pk.

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid value in favour of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit.

Important notes: Bidders should submit best and final prices as no negotiations are allowed. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders (in part or whole) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
