The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the position of Head Corporate & Board Affairs in its Corporate Affairs function. The role reports to the Company Secretary and is responsible for regulatory compliance, board and committee support, secretariat functions, and corporate governance activities.

| Key Responsibilities | Coordinate with the Secretary and staff for timely submission of regulatory returns; process payouts and reconciliation statements; ensure compliance responses to regulators and shareholders; assist the Secretary in discharging fiduciary responsibilities and keeping abreast of changing statutory and regulatory requirements; support Board/Committee agenda compilation, meeting arrangements, minute-taking and maintenance of minutes books; assist in organising AGM/EGM, director elections, corporate briefings; coordinate on annual appraisal, succession & career progression, manpower planning and training of department staff. |
| Qualification | Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognised university or a foreign university. |
| Experience | Minimum 9 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 4 years’ relevant experience. |
