• All bids must include a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated amount. Original bid security must also be submitted to Mail Section, Ground Floor (Package-A Building), PKLI & RC, Lahore, on the same day of technical bid opening during office hours (08:30 AM to 03:30 PM).
• Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening.
• PKLI & RC will not be responsible for costs incurred by bidders related to bid preparation or submission or for any technical/internet failures.
