E-PAD Tender Notice — Municipal Corporation Sialkot: 14 August 2026 Celebration, Illumination & Fireworks

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sialkot. Municipal Corporation Sialkot invites e-procurement (E-PAD) tenders from contractors/engineering firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the Punjab e-procurement system for event-related works for 14 August 2026.

Key participation and submission requirements:

- Contractors must hold valid PEC registration and be registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents and conditions are available on the Punjab e-procurement website.

- Bid security (earnest money) equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded on the E-PAD system and the scanned copy/required proof must be submitted to the Office of Municipal Officer, Municipal Corporation Sialkot by the closing date and time; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive.

- The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee as per clause 56 of PPR rules and execute the contract within the time specified. Applicable taxes will be deducted as per Government rules.

- Bids will be opened in the office of Municipal Corporation Sialkot on the closing date (time for opening shown as 2:30 PM). Prospective bidders may attend the opening session.
