Eligibility & Required Documents:
Eligible firms/contractors must have:
- Renewed PEC enlistment and valid PEC license in the relevant category (CE-04) for 2026-27.
- Registration with KPRA and active taxpayer status with the Income Tax Department (NTN).
- Original call deposit from a scheduled bank, copy of PEC registration, CNIC, NTN, and KPRA registration — to be submitted as required by the tender.
Bid Security & Additional Conditions:
- Bid security (earnest money) as shown in the table must be submitted. Failure to submit the original bid security and any additional security instrument before the deadline will render the bid non-responsive.
- Additional security in case of abnormally low bids will be enforced in accordance with KPPRA Notification S.R.O (14)/Vol-1-24/2021-22 dated 10 May 2022.
- Bidders must comply with KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (29)/Vol-1-4/2025-26/699-711 dated 29.10.2025 regarding entry of bid security details and any applicable additional security into the E-PAK system.
