The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from GST-registered firms for supply of stationery and non-stationery miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Tender documents and the bid submission portal are available through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 on the PPRA website.
Offers must be uploaded via EPADS by 28 July 2026 at 11:30 hours; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours at the FTO Secretariat, Islamabad. A refundable earnest money of Rs.160,000 as a call deposit in the name of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer must be submitted to the office of Deputy Director (Admin) before bid opening. Bidders must provide proof of GST registration, NTN and a certificate that the firm has not been blacklisted. Supplies will be delivered to the FTO Secretariat at the supplier's cost. FTO reserves the right to accept/reject offers and to change quantities under PPRA rules.
