Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) — DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of 01 x Farmhouse (FH12), 2000 sqyds, balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi.
Eligible contractors with valid PEC registration for 2025-26 (CE-09 & CE-10) and on the active taxpayer list may obtain bid documents from the Technical & Contract (T&C) Section, DHAC Karachi from 06 July 2026 on submission of a written request and payment of the non-refundable fee (Rs. 2,000). Submit original sealed bids to T&C Section by 14:30 on 20 July 2026; bids will be opened at 15:00 on 20 July 2026. A bid security of 2% of the bid amount (pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi) is required. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
