NDMA Islamabad Auction of Unserviceable/Obsolete IT Items — 20 July 2026

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad. NDMA invites sealed bids/auction participation for various unserviceable/obsolete IT and electronic items located at NDMA, Islamabad. Site inspection available and physical participation details below.

Key dates & location: Visit for bidders: 2026-07-17 at NDMA, Islamabad. Auction/closing: 2026-07-20 at 10:00 hrs at NDMA, Islamabad.

Participation & payment requirements:

• All duties/taxes to be paid by the successful bidder.
• All participants must submit a refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 (in shape of CDR / cash as token) before participating.
• The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bid amount in cash (as token) on the spot; this token will be refunded after full payment is deposited in Government Treasury.
• Full payment for all equipment must be deposited on the same day by Bank Draft / Pay Order / Cash in favour of Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, by the successful bidder.
• The successful bidder will deposit the full amount including applicable income tax in the Government Treasury. Equipment will be handed over after verification of deposited amount and approval by Competent Authority.
• Bidders must be income tax filers and present original CNIC. Complete address, telephone number and NTN along with a copy of CNIC must be provided.
• NDMA reserves the right to accept/reject any offer or cancel/postpone the auction without assigning any reason.
