The General Secretary and Officers of Housing Society Lahore notify members of a Special General Meeting on 2026-07-26 (Sunday) at 10:00 AM, to be held at Lords Event Complex, Hall No. 4, Main Defence Road near Gate No. 3. Members are requested to attend.
Agenda items include discussion and approval of matters relating to the Development Agreement dated 25.01.2010, consideration of a Draft Clarificatory & Implementational Addendum (including incorporation of 170.22 kanals into the society layout) and submission of the revised layout plan to the Lahore Development Authority (LDA). Members must bring ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence). Under By-law 23-A, if quorum is incomplete the meeting will be postponed for one hour and reconvened at 11:00 AM, at which time present members will be considered quorum.
