NDMA Islamabad Public Auction of Unserviceable IT Equipment – 20 July 2026

Issuer: National Disaster Management Authority (Prime Minister's Office), NDMA (HQ), Islamabad. NDMA invites bids for the auction of various unserviceable/obsolete IT and electronic items located at NDMA, Islamabad. Inspections and bidding details are below.

Key Terms & Conditions

- All duties/taxes shall be paid by the successful bidder.

- All participants must deposit Rs. 10,000 (refundable) as token before participating. Deposit in the shape of CDR / Cash as token is required at the time of participation.

- The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the bidding amount in the shape of cash (as token) on the spot; this token will be refunded after depositing the full payment in the Government Treasury.

- The successful bidder shall deposit full payment of all equipment on the same day in the shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / Cash in favour of Govt. of Pakistan, Islamabad.

- The successful bidder will deposit full amount of all equipment including income tax in the Government Treasury. Equipment will be handed over after verification of deposited amount from the bank and approval of the Competent Authority.

- Bidders must be income tax filers and present original CNIC. Complete address/telephone number and NTN along with a copy of CNIC are required.

- NDMA reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason and reserves the right to cancel/postpone the auction.

- Inspection/visit date: 2026-07-17 (Friday) at NDMA, Islamabad.

- Auction date and time (closing date): 2026-07-20 (Monday) at 10:00 hrs at NDMA, Islamabad.
