Complete company profile with organizational structure; proof of financial stability; nature and scope of business; office locations; environment, health & safety rating and experience; details of menus offered; chef qualifications; staff training and details; NTN certificate; name and location of current & past clientele; company registration certificate.

Additional documentation to accompany the Letter of Intent: copies of formation/incorporation documents, memorandum & articles, registered address with telephone/fax/email, affidavit confirming the entity is not blacklisted, list of equipment and resources (local and associated/foreign firms if any), list of similar projects and reference certificates for the last 5 years, NTN/GST/EOBI/SESSI registration certificates, annual income tax returns for the last 3 years, bankers' certificate and last 3 years audited accounts/financial statements.
