Submission & Opening: E-bids will be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement portal; tenders will be opened on 2026-08-07 at 11:00 AM under PPRA procedures in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidders are required to reach the office of the Regional Police Officer, Faisalabad on 2026-08-03 before 11:00 AM to sign the attendance sheet.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated price (hard form) must be submitted in original (CDR / bank draft or equivalent) in favour of the Regional Police Officer, Faisalabad, before the opening time. Performance guarantee: successful bidder(s) must deposit performance guarantee as per PPRA rules (10% of contract value) in the prescribed form.
Eligibility & documents: Bidders must comply with PPRA and Punjab Procurement Regulations, submit technical and financial documents, samples/brochures where required, and attach Income/Sales Tax registration certificates. All rates must be inclusive of all taxes and valid for the financial year ending 2027-06-30.
Other conditions: Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure applies. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Original hard copies (bid security, affidavit and other required documents) must accompany/uploaded e-bid as instructed in the bidding documents.
