National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Islamabad, Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan invites sealed bids from owners for procurement of land/plots for establishment of NADRA offices in the listed cities. Procurement reference: RHO/ISB/Admin-27/2026.
Bidding procedure and key instructions:
- Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004).
- Bid documents, terms and conditions are available free of cost via EPADS V.2 and the PPRA website.
- All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS; manual bids will not be accepted.
- Original hard copy of Bid Security must be submitted by the deadline; failure to submit the original Bid Security will result in rejection of the electronic bid.
- Technical bids/proposals will be opened in presence of available bidders at the time/place specified below. If the opening date is a gazetted holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
Submission deadline: 2026-08-18 at 11:00 AM (Hard copy of Bid Security in original also required by this time).
Technical bid opening: 2026-08-18 at 11:30 AM.
