Rawalpindi Cantt e-Auction: Collection Rights for Executive Washrooms at Tench Bazar (3 Washrooms)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Military Lands & Cantonments Dept). E-Auction for disposal of collection rights for Executive Washrooms / Group Latrine fees located at Tench Bazar, Rawalpindi Cantt for a period of three (03) years via ePADS Version 2.0.

Key auction terms & actions:

- Registration: All bidders must register on ePADS Version 2.0 before participating. (Registration link shown in notice.)

- Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically only via ePADS; manual or physical bids will not be accepted.

- Bid Security: Each bidder shall submit a bid security of Rs.25,000 in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Cantt Board Rawalpindi Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board.

- Contract: Successful bidder will execute an agreement for three (03) years. Bids are quoted on an annual basis; the contract fee will increase by 10% on a compound basis for the second and third years.

- Payment & Execution: After approval, the first monthly installment must be deposited within seven (07) days. The successful bidder shall execute the formal contract agreement and furnish required security as specified.

- Forfeiture & Penalties: Security may be forfeited for non-performance or breaches; additional penalties and recovery provisions apply as per terms.
