Rawalpindi Cantonment Board E-Auction – Parking Fee Collection Rights 2026-27 (EPADS)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB). E-auction for disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights in Rawalpindi Cantonment for the year 2026–2027. Electronic bids will be submitted only through EPADS Version 2.0. Key actions and requirements:

• Registration: All interested bidders must be registered with EPADS Version 2.0 before participation. Register at: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register
• Eligibility: Only bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered on EPADS v2.0 are eligible.
• Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.
• Auction period: The disposal is for a period of one (01) year (2026–2027).
• Auction schedule (published): The e-auction will remain open until 2026-07-28 at 02:00 PM; bids will be opened/evaluated online the same day at 03:30 PM.
• Successful bidder obligations: The successful bidder shall deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after approval of the bid; failure to do so will lead to rejection and forfeiture of bid security. Remaining payments, performance security and other post-award conditions are detailed in the bidding documents.
• Bid security and payments: A bid security must be submitted in the prescribed form (Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board.
