Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Transmission & Grid System Company (KPT&GSC). Seeking a senior finance professional to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary to lead financial management and corporate governance for the company.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) cum Company Secretary	01	Master’s degree in Finance from HEC-recognized university; OR Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) Appointment subject to SECP/FIT and proper criteria	Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in financial management with at least 5 years in a senior financial management leadership role (public sector organisation with total assets of ~5 billion PKR or larger preferred) Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury, and project financing Knowledge of financial controls, corporate compliance, IFRS, internal audit and regulatory affairs Prior experience with SAP/ERP implementation is highly desirable	Age limit: up to 57 years as on last date of submission Tenure: three-year contract (extendable with mutual consent) Salary/Scale: MS-II scale of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (negotiable as per qualifications & experience)

Primary responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, corporate financial discipline, budgeting & reporting, treasury and taxation, capital & project financing (including liaising with DFIs, commercial banks and multilateral agencies), internal controls & audit, regulatory & tariff matters, ERP/systems implementation, board & committee liaison, corporate compliance and coordination with the Board of Directors.
