Key submission and eligibility requirements:
- Submit e-bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P). Manual bids submitted by hand or through other means will not be accepted unless explicitly allowed.
- All bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant tax/registration authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax / Punjab Revenue Authority) as applicable.
- Bidders must attach valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the year 2025-26 and proof of payment of professional tax, CNC and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration for 2026-27 where required.
- Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost to be deposited via PSID generated by the e-P system. Bid security must be valid for at least 120 days beyond the bid submission date.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-30 at 12:30 PM at the Office of Chief Engineer Development Zone, Lahore. Attendance encouraged for clarifications; all queries should be submitted as per the bidding documents.
