MES Tender Notice – Provision of Facilities at PAF (GE (Air) Asghar Khan Risalpur) – Bids Due 2026-07-31

Military Engineering Services (GE (Air) Asghar Khan, Risalpur) invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple works for provision of certain facilities at PAF. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the required credentials and experience.

Eligibility & conditions:

• Applicants must submit applications to obtain tender documents along with complete credentials; only scrutinized firms with relevant experience will be issued documents.
• Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse record is outstanding with the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ).
• Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of PEC registration—unregistered firms are ineligible.
• Only contractors listed on MES approved list in categories A, B, C, D & E with relevant experience may apply.
• The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules (rejections handled per Para 33(a)).

• Deadline for receipt of tenders: 2026-07-31 by 11:30 Hrs.
• Tender opening: 2026-07-31 at 12:00 Hrs.
