PITB Invitation to Bid — E-Commerce Marketplace Technology & Operations (Estimated PKR 70,000,000)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of E-Commerce Marketplace Technology and Operations under a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents are available for download free of charge from the PITB website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

Submission method & bid composition: Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately (two-envelope format). Complete, signed and stamped bids must be uploaded online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with the tender document's requirements.

Applicable rules: Bidding will follow PPRA / Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Incomplete, unsigned, unsealed, late or submitted other than specified mode will be rejected. Taxes, duties and other charges will be applied as per the tender document and applicable law.
