RFP: Design Review & Supervision Consultancy for Gravity-Based Drinking Water Scheme, Karak

Public Health Engineering Division Karak-1 (Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites proposals to hire consultancy services for Design Review and Supervision for Gravity Based Drinking Water Supply Scheme from Zarin Cheena to Mangar Khel, Dabb & Essak Chontra, District Karak (ADP No. 156/250909, 2025-26). The consultancy cost is Rs. 12.383 million. Eligible consultants/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant PEC codes), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) may download the RFP from EPADS/KP-PPRA.

Proposals must be submitted via EPADS (single stage, two envelopes) by 11 August 2026 at 12:00 hours. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Circle Kohat (District Kohat) on 28 July 2026 at 14:00 hours. Technical proposals will be evaluated first; financial proposals of technically unqualified consultants will not be opened. Clarifications may be sought through EPADS.
