REDAMCO Invitation to Bid — Lease for Educational Institute (Margalla Station Yard Plot A)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a Ministry of Railways state-owned enterprise, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, One-Envelope procedure for leasing a site for development of an Educational Institute along with allied facilities on a Public-Private Partnership basis. Bidders may be franchisees or individuals in collaboration with an educational institute having valid registration with the applicable Federal or Provincial education department.

Key terms:

- Lease period: 25 years (extendable for another similar term).

- Annual increase in rent: 8% (compound).

- Mobilization period: Twenty-Four (24) months from the date of possession.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-15 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (attendance via Zoom available).

- Last date & time for submission of bids: 2026-08-03 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.

- Technical & Financial bid opening: 2026-08-03 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.

Submission & bid requirements:

- Bidders must submit bids in accordance with the bidding documents and applicable rules (PPRA/PPA as stated).

- A non-refundable Commitment Fee and Bid Security are required as specified in the bidding documents.
