The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites national firms, contractors and suppliers to pre-qualify under an Open Framework Agreement (Ref: P64403) for required services at PMDC collieries — Sor-Range, Sharigh, Degari — and the PMDC Branch Office in Quetta.
Complete pre-qualification applications must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/64403) by 2026-08-11 11:00 AM. Applications will be opened via EPADS on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted; unregistered vendors may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
