Tender: Procurement for Establishment of Bhakkar Arts Council — Furniture, IT, Audio/Lighting (PUCAR)

Punjab Council of the Arts (PUCAR), Lahore invites electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible firms/contractors registered with relevant Tax Authorities for procurement of revenue items under ADP Scheme GS No. 2941 — "Establishment of Bhakkar Arts Council, Bhakkar (PUCAR)".

Scope: Procurement of furniture, stage curtains, carpets, general items, IT equipment, studio & electronic equipment, audio & lighting system, cinema screen including provision, installation, testing, commissioning and training. (Detailed specifications are provided in the Bidding Documents.)

Estimated Cost: Rs. 82,062,000/-

Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost. Bid security must be in the name of Executive Director, Punjab Council of the Arts, Lahore in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Original bid security instrument must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the office of the undersigned before conclusion of the bid opening session; bids without prescribed original bid security will be rejected.

Bidding Procedure & Submission: Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Bids to be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS). Bidders must register on e-PADS and are advised to upload e-bids well before the deadline.
