PIEDMC Invitation to Bid for Sale of Developed Industrial Plots / Properties

Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC), a company of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the sale/disposal of developed industrial plots and other immovable properties. Interested parties should consult the bidding documents for lot details, eligibility, and terms.

Bidding documents, detailed terms and the list of lots are available on the PPRA website and PIEDMC’s website (www.piedmc.punjab.gov.pk). Prospective bidders must obtain and follow the prescribed procedures and submission requirements set out in those documents.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to PIEDMC Head Office, Commercial Area North, Sector Industrial Estate, Sanda–Raiwind Road, Lahore. A bid security in the form of a pay order or bank guarantee is required as specified in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened publicly at the scheduled time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
