Prequalification: O&M Services for 5.38 MW Chianwali Hydropower Plant (PPDCL)

Punjab Power Development Company Limited (PPDCL), Energy Department, Government of the Punjab, invites prequalification submissions from eligible local and international firms/companies, joint ventures, contractors, operators, consortiums or associations for providing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services for the 5.38 MW Chianwali Hydropower Plant (CHPP).

Eligibility: O&M contractors/operators/joint ventures/consortiums/associations registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding the relevant licence category (O-2). Foreign applicants and Pakistan firms in joint venture with foreign firms must comply with PEC rules/registration policy.

How to obtain documents and apply: Prequalification documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and the PPDCL website (www.ppdcl.punjab.gov.pk). Applications / prequalification submissions must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System (online). Interested parties should register on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and follow the portal instructions to submit their prequalification documents.

Deadlines and opening: Completed prequalification submissions must be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-07-22 at 11:00 AM. Submissions will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
