Procedure and submission:

- Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents and the e-Tender Notice are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website.

- Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure through Open Competitive Bidding as per applicable rules. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required; bidders must upload a scanned copy of the earnest money instrument when submitting online and present the original CDR/earnest instrument to the Chief Officer at the time of bid opening.

- Tender documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bids must be submitted/uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

- Last date and time for online submission: 2026-07-27 by 14:00 (2:00 PM).

- Online bid opening: 2026-07-27 at 14:30 (2:30 PM).
