District Council, Gujranwala invites sealed e-tenders on the E-Procurement / E-PADs platform for multiple Annual Framework Contracts for FY 2026-27. Bidders must upload bids on the E-Procurement Dashboard by 2026-07-28 02:00 PM; bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Gujranwala. Earnest money (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded and the original CDR submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at least half an hour before bid opening. Selection method: least cost. Conditional bids will not be entertained. Submission of forged documents or CDR will invoke legal action as per applicable laws and PPRA rules.
